With 12+ years of spiritual practices like Qi gong, meditation and Kundalini activation, I create a space to help others to connect to their full aliveness, in their life, body, business and bedroom.

Connecting to my lifeforce energy has guided me through tough times, from battling chronic cluster headaches to navigating cancer. My journey has shown me that it’s possible to feel fully alive even in the face of adversity.
